Population Served

Brighter Days, Inc. works primarily with adolescents and adults; however, the therapist maintains a small caseload of children, ages 6-11.

Employee Assistance Programs

Several companies have programs to assist employees with short-term supportive counseling services. Please consult with your Human Resources Department for more information.

Payment Source

We accept most major health insurance plans (including Medicare, Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Tri-Care, Aetna, and United Behavioral Health) and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). We also provide a sliding fee scale for private paying patients. Checks and credit cards are accepted for co-payments and private paying patients.

Appointments

Office visits are by appointment only.

Cancellation Policy

Patients will be charged a fee if less than a 24 hour cancellation is not given.

Length of Sessions

The average length of each session is 45 minutes.

Recovery Plans

Individualized recovery plans are developed with the patients and/or family to ensure the input of all vital parties.
