Contracted Services

This may include consultation to community programs and educational facilities, as well as clinical supervision for Master-level social workers.

Clinical Supervision

Yanada G. Essex is Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (through the Louisiana Board of Social Work Examiners); therefore, she is able to provide clinical supervision to Master-level social workers who are seeking the licensure of Licensed Clinical Social Work (LCSW).

Community Education

Knowledge is power! We are available to participate in events to empower the community with information (i.e. health fairs, community forums and other educational events). The community will be given vital information on mental health awareness, prevention strategies, stress management and healthy coping mechanisms.

Speaking Engaements

Yanada G. Essex is available to speak at various events (i.e. schools, seminars, workshops, church programs and other community events) to educate the community about healthy ways to live and cope with life’s stressors. Examples of past presentations include: Stress Management, Stress Management in the Workplace, Understanding Anger in Children and Adolescents, Pampering Yourself as a Coping Mechanism and Understanding Grief in Children.
